If so, tell us why: No i have never been banned or demoted whatsoever. Have you had any previous experience working as an administrator? If you have, tell us about it: I have had past experience on multiple servers. I was Head-Admin on 3 servers and a Moderator on 2. All of these were on TTT servers. Why do you wish to become a staff member on our server?: I wish to become a staff member in order to enforce the rules that the server has set in place; to be fair and just to people, and create a fun environment for people on the server. Many people will be applying for this rank; what makes you stand out e.g. any special skills? (answer should be at least 1 paragraph long): What makes me stand out is that I'm used to handling tough situations dealing with rule breakers. I'm able to take matter into my own hands if need be as i don't back down from dealing with problems. My previous experience has taught me well about all of this, but Dark RP seems a tad different yet I would be willing to take the challenge to learn how to do the job and try my hardest at it.    Below here is the situational section of the application, respond to these situations to the best of your ability. Have you got a microphone that works? What is the Quality like? e.g Good, Bad, Alright: I do have a microphone, and it works very well. A player claims to have pictures in which an admin is breaking the rules, he sends a strange link to you and other staff members You do not know where this link may lead to: I would check in with this Admin first and question them of the possible abuse of rules and if the Admin were to confess it would be taken care of. If not, the link would be the only source of evidence to go off of to find out if the Admin really did break rules.  A player has committed Mass RDM and has disconnected from the server shortly afterwards: The player would be followed up with a permanent ban from the server. A S.W.A.T. is running around on the streets and has arrested a group of people: Knowing that RDA is unacceptable the person would either be followed with a few days ban or a permanent ban. A Citizen is running around on the street, playing obnoxious music and noises through his microphone: They would be warned of mic spam and if they continue for multiple offenses, they would receive a kick from the server. A player has blocked off the only entrance to his base with a prop: Prop blocking is not allowed with no way to gain entry to the base therefore their prop would get deleted and warned. If it persists, a kic kfrom the server will be enacted. A Hobo is carrying a pistol and is telling people to drop money or he will attempt to kill them: They would be banned for a few days for causing a fail in RP since their role as hobo is not justified to do that. A player changed his job to Gun Dealer and bought a few shipments of weapons for himself: That would be fail RP and would result in a ban for a few days.  A player targets the same person with another Advert 5 minutes later: That would be acceptble as NLR would not be broken 5 minutes later in the game.  A S.W.A.T. is building a "weapon checkpoint" on the streets, near the Police Station: If it is a law enacted by the mayor then it would seem to be justified to do so, and if refused would be an arrest for players. You are speaking to a Gangster who claims to have killed a Hobo because the Hobo broke a rule, and no staff member came to help the Gangster: The gangster should get a warning since they rdmed, its not his job to kill someone for breaking the rules of the server. A player has placed a 'KOS' and 'Building' Textscreen on his base: Both can not be up at the same time so they should be warned to not do so. A player targets someone with an Advert, and in less than 5 minutes later he targets someone else with a different Advert:They would be jailed since it should at least be 5 minutes before another advert on someone else. A Thief has placed a 'Building' Textscreen on his base and is printing money inside of his base: That would be fail RP as they are clearly faking the building then which should result in a kick/ban for a few days. A Hitman completed a hit request on a staff member that is on duty: The hitman would be jailed for a few minutes following the kill since the Admin was clearly on duty. Give an appropriate time to use the cloaking ability: The appropriate time would be when the Admin is on duty. Give an appropriate time to use the freezing ability:  The appropriate time would be when the Admin is on duty.[/b]
